A company which adopts a HEDGEHOG concept is focused like a hedgehog knowing their own limitations and operate within the bounds of the Hedgehog framework..

Companies which have potential to be great but never quite reach there are like foxes wherein in spite of being street smart they cannot quite be disciplined to be within the bounds of the Hedgehog Framework..
