    The last thing I got excited about recently is SLOW PRODUCTIVITY.

    Sow Productivity is a concept coined by Cal Newport in his recent book.

    The following three are the key tenets of Slow Productivity

    1. DO FEWER THINGS
    2. Obsess with QUALITY
    3. Work at a NATURAL PACE

    All of this not only prevents burn out but helps to maintain a healthy work life balance. The exciting aspect of this concept is that it helps us create something unique that leads to a fulfilling life.
