    I practice mindfulness as a daily habit to stay motivated. Practicing mindfulness helps an individual remain in full flow, use one’s potential to the fullest. This in turn drives away all negative thought by making you aware of all the good things you possess.

    As Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi mentions in his famous book Flow, practicing mindfulness leads to an optimal experience. This in turn results in top performance by making full use of your psychic energy.
