The State of SATORI for Enlightenment
The State of No Mind results in SATORI which is a pre-requisite for enlightenment. Hence to focus on the present without any distractions I prefer taking trips to the mountains to be amidst mother nature.
In his book The Power of Now, Eckhart Tolle has mentioned the importance of focusing on the present moment to unleash our true potential.
No mind is defined as a state wherein we attain consciousness without thought.
