    Simon Sinek has been one person who has had a very positive impact in my life. His work around leadership, constant teachings around the benefits of trust and optimism has left a profound impact in my life. Taking a cue from this I encourage one and all to be inspired by an optimist like Simon.

    Optimism has a power of healing and relieving anxiety and stress in our lives. At the same time learning to be a good leader at home as well as business makes you a complete and fulfilled individual.

    Finally letting go of competition and leading life at your own pace to unleash your own unique potential is an inspiration you can draw from the Infinite Game.

    Organizations led by a GENIUS leader with THOUSAND FOLLOWERS, decide on the “WHAT” questions without figuring out the SUCCESSION plan i.e. the “WHO” related questions.

    On the other hand, great organizations led by LEVEL 5 leaders, first get the RIGHT PEOPLE on the BUS before deciding on the answers to the STRATEGY related questions. Thus these organizations answer the “WHO” related questions before taking the “WHAT” related decisions.

    The SECRET SAUCE to LEVEL 5 LEADERSHIP

    Hence strive to a Level 5 leader not a genius leader with thousand helpers.
