    “The joy of parenting comes from seeing our children do things that delight us. Similarly the joy of leadership comes from seeing someone in our team do more than they thought they were capable of. “

    If we do not stretch our muscles , they become weak , similarly if we do not practice leadership skills eventually we cease being a leader.
