The book I am currently reading is Seth Godin’s Linchpin. This book is a wonderful book that highlights how Linchpins are indispensable and that they are made not born. The top three traits of a linchpin are as follows:
- Masters the limbic brain(devil) and lets their rational brain take charge of the fear , stress of the limbic brain when it comes to taking risks in order to create insanely different things to achieve fulfillment.
- Challenges the status quo
- In the modern age where factory model has become irrelevant , has the guts to take risks to avoid sheep-walking.
