    GIVERS make GREAT MENTORS

Why do Givers make Great Mentors?

In his book Give and Take wherein Adam Grant has inspired us to give more, he highlights the reason that make givers great mentors.

A great leader in case he is a taker would always look out for people with great potential or a star and mentor that person to reduce chances of failure.

Givers on the other hand watch out for trust and not potential. This is the reason they are able to make a lot of people realize their true potential. These people go on to become great leaders in the future and in turn thanks the givers for mentoring them.
