    How can Passion enable relaxation?

The power of passion to avoid stress has been aptly summarized by the below quote –

    Simon Sinek’s quote –

Working hard for something we don’t care about is called stress; working hard for something we love is called passion.”

Hence to avoid stress it is imperative to pick a passion and pursue the same to feel fulfilled.
