I have rechristened to Motivation. Read below to learn about my story.

Like other humans I too would love a tagline. My tag line would start as well as end with motivation. Here is where I encourage you all to adopt motivation as your dharma.
Hence the mission of my blogsite i.e. Pile On Motivation is very simple and centered around motivation:
“The mission of this blogsite is very SIMPLE: To share best practices, lessons learnt, frameworks from best sellers on motivation and inspiration. This would enable piling on motivation in your daily lives to make it more fulfilling. My goal is to provide you the much needed bout of motivation and ensure that together we can feel motivated and make the world a much better place.“
To MOTIVATE the most important criteria is to ACT.

My first name as well as my identity starts and ends with motivation. I PileOnMotivation will explain you in this blog why I love my first name, Motivation.
Motivation is needed to remain Optimistic in life to drive away anxiety and fear from our lives.
The origin of PileOnMotivation was related to piling on motivating together with preachers and seekers of motivation. This in turn would provide us the faith and optimism to imagine a brighter future for ourselves.
I love these quotes of Simon Sinek on motivation and hence Optimism.
“OPTIMISM is NOT the DENIAL of the CURRENT STATE. OPTIMISM is the BELIEF that the FUTURE is BRIGHT.”
“Optimism is the ability to focus on where we are going, not where we are coming from”.
“Optimists FOCUS on the PLACE they are GOING. Pessimists FOCUS on the OBSTACLES along with ROUTE. To become an OPTIMIST, simply look AHEAD.”
And finally let me end with a famous quote of Zig Ziglar.

To motivation yourself and feel optimistic feel free to read these blogs meant to motivate the unmotivated.

If I had a freeway billboard, it would welcome seekers and preachers of MOTIVATION. It would encourage the visitors to collectively PILE ON MOTIVATION.
Motivation is the single MOST POSITIVE EMOTION that gives us hope and optimism to lead our lives thinking that the future would be bright for all of us.
Hence this blogpost focuses on Motivation, Inspiration and Optimism. My belief is that collectively we can all help each other to pile on motivation in our lives.
As Zig Ziglar’s famous quote says:

Read this wonderful book from Simon Sinek and feel motivated, spread the word around to pile on motivation.
These are the top FIVE THINGS that bring PEACE to me:
For adhering to all these 5 STEPS, for being in FLOW and at PEACE with yourself I encourage you to pile on motivation in your lives.
This is where we can do it together.
Through my blogsite I would like to collaborate with preachers and seekers of motivation to help pile on motivation in our lives.
Together let us pile on motivation in our lives.
The following inspiring quote from Simon Sinek , aptly illustrates the difference between “weak” and “strong” leaders….

Please find below a very inspiring quote from Simon Sinek on leadership responsibility….

Leadership is like parenting and taking care of those in charge to inspire and get the best out of those who work for the leaders..
The following Simon Sinek quote wonderfully describes this aspect of leadership…

The following quote of Simon Sinek explains why it is indeed so tough to be a true leader…..
“One of the best paradoxes of leadership is a leader’s need to be both stubborn and open-minded. A leader must insist on sticking to the vision and stay on course to the destination. But he must be open-minded during the process. “
Simon Sinek
