    The rational brain or neo cortex has the ability to perform complex analysis but when faced with change , fear or negativity is the most natural by product

    The elephant brain or limbic brain understands only signals and when directed by rational brain in a negative manner leads to development of stress and strain

    The ideal way to adopt change is to influence both the rational and limbic brain

    The rational brain needs to made aware of the bright spots and needs to be provided a crystal clear sense of direction to dissipate fear

    On the other hand the limbic brain needs to be constantly motivated with positive vibes to focus on the positives
