Adopted from the following great quote of Seth Godin..

Adopted from Seth Godin’s inspirational quotes..

The inherent tendency of the human brain is to resist change
The rational brain or neo cortex has the ability to perform complex analysis but when faced with change , fear or negativity is the most natural by product
The elephant brain or limbic brain understands only signals and when directed by rational brain in a negative manner leads to development of stress and strain
The ideal way to adopt change is to influence both the rational and limbic brain
The rational brain needs to made aware of the bright spots and needs to be provided a crystal clear sense of direction to dissipate fear
On the other hand the limbic brain needs to be constantly motivated with positive vibes to focus on the positives
