What do you enjoy doing most in your leisure time?

We all need to make the most of our leisure time by focusing on the present moment. This is quintessential to trigger creativity.

In a state of no mind we are still using our mind but directing it to trigger creativity in a more focused manner than before.

During leisure it is important to think about the present and not regret about past or fear about the future.
