    I love walking and make it a point to walk regularly. Research has proven the numerous benefits of walking especially in the morning. Hence if you walk more you live more.

    All my favorite athletes have a commonality: They represent the triumph of growth mindset over fixed mindset.

    Growth mindset advocates that we can win over our limitation by deliberate practice. Look at the example of Michael Jordan:

    Michael Jordan considered one of the greatest basketball players of all time. Despite being cut from his high school basketball team, he worked hard and developed a growth mindset, which helped him become a six-time NBA champion and five-time MVP.

    The good news is that even if you are stuck with a fixed mindset, it is never too late to switch over to a growth mindset.

    So what are you waiting for?

  • EFFORT trumps ABILITY

    There is nothing like a BORN GENIUS. History bears ample proof that any genius was a product of deliberate practice. This quote from Carol Dweck’s Mindset endorses the fact that effort trumps ability.

    “No matter what your ability is, effort is what ignites that ability and turns it into accomplishment.”

    Thus if at first you fail, try try and try again. Success will follow.
