Do you practice SEASONALITY at work?

Seasonality at Work

What is SEASONALITY at WORK?

Why practice seasonality at work? If you are workaholic who hates to take breaks and prefers being ALWAYS ON, read this post inspired from Slow Productivity.

“To work without change or rest all year would have seemed unusual to most of our ancestors. Seasonality was deeply integrated into the human experience.”

Thus practicing this at work not results in a healthy life but also ensures unique and great outcomes.

Cal Newport is one of my most favorite authors. Along with Slow Productivity the other books worth reading are : A World without Email, Deep Work.

I think I practice seasonality. And I would say that I do so weekly based on how I do my schedule. Can’t always be burning. That should also be interesting.
