    As an individual knowing that life is an infinite game, The GOAL is to KEEP PLAYING the game without thinking of winning or losing.

    As Simon Sinek very aptly mentioned in his book The Infinite Game, in the game of life no one will be rewarded for winning or losing. This is a great lesson to orient our life’s goal towards self betterment rather than beating the competition.

    In Life our goal should be to become a better version of ourselves being fully mindful that sometimes we can be ahead and sometimes behind.

    Choose Action to dispel all self doubts

    What I have learnt at this age and wish I could have learnt and applied when I was young is to always CHOOSE ACTION over WORRYING about events in the future.

    Choosing good actions lead to good habits which in turn builds self belief and confidence.

    Most leaders who are successful are hands on and prefer action over inaction when faced with self defining moments. Taking requisite action by facing fear eye to eye is the best way to develop self belief.

    James Clear mentions about this wonderful insight in his book Atomic Habits wherein he emphasizes on the right actions to build the person you want to be.

    Practicing mindfulness to focus on the present moment is an art which very few have been able to master. This is because it our natural tendency of the brain to either dwell on the past on focus on the future.

    Techniques such as meditation are much sought after because they teach us the virtues of focusing on the present moment to unleash our true potential.

    Rather than worrying about the future or regretting about the past focusing on the present moment strengthens our immune system and helps us in leading a fulfilling life.

    Why should your Diet be Healthy?

    In this blog post I would inspire you to treat your diet as your doctor. Gut health plays a very important role in our overall well being and hence the need to eat healthy in order to stay healthy.

    Steve Jobs very rightly mentioned the following 6 as our best doctors. He also mentioned that if we do not treat diet as medicine very soon we may have to take medicine for diet.

    Whatever food I have, rest assured will be something that is healthy to the core. I consider Diet as one of my Doctors and hence Doctor Diet is one of my priorities.
