    In the modern day of hustle and bustle, the most common word that we hear from everyone is STRESS or ANXIETY. This is unfortunate but true since most of us come home from work feeling UNFULFILLED.

    Being in Flow can help reduce stress. Our life is filled with CHALLENGES for which we need to acquire the right SKILLS to come up.

    Flow happens when challenge and skill are in right proportion and hence next time you feel stressed or anxious, get yourself involved with work that leads to a flow experience and makes you feel energized.

    Being in Stress and Anxiety for long lengths of time can be very harmful.

    These are the top FIVE THINGS that bring PEACE to me:

    1. NOT COMPARING with OTHERS and doing my BEST at WHAT I am passionate about.
    2. Having full FAITH in GOD, TRUST the value system indeed works and hence be PATIENT with whatever I have.
    3. TURNING a DEAF EAR to NEGATIVITY and NEGATIVE PEOPLE.
    4. Overcoming FEAR by looking at FEAR eye to eye.
    5. Being GOOD with MYSELF if I have done my BEST, EXPECTING nothing in RETURN.

    For adhering to all these 5 STEPS, for being in FLOW and at PEACE with yourself I encourage you to pile on motivation in your lives.

    If I could pick and choose a profession, I would pick the profession of Motivational Speakers.

    In the modern day hustle and bustle of our daily lives, all we crave for is a bout of motivation to enliven and recharge our batteries.

    After having a tough day hearing motivational speeches from iconic motivational speakers like Simon Sinek, Daniel Pink, Seth Godin et al, lights up my day.

    Hence I would choose the profession of motivational speaking.
