In the modern day of hustle and bustle, the most common word that we hear from everyone is STRESS or ANXIETY. This is unfortunate but true since most of us come home from work feeling UNFULFILLED.

Being in Flow can help reduce stress. Our life is filled with CHALLENGES for which we need to acquire the right SKILLS to come up.

Flow happens when challenge and skill are in right proportion and hence next time you feel stressed or anxious, get yourself involved with work that leads to a flow experience and makes you feel energized.

Being in Stress and Anxiety for long lengths of time can be very harmful.
