I have been working on improving my focus to engage in deep work. For doing deep work one needs unwavering focus avoiding all avenues of distraction.
Research has proven that deep work is highly inspiring and deeply fulfilling and drives away stress, anxiety.


To avoid anxiety and remain in flow, I do not encourage lazy days since laziness can spread as a disease and build up anxiety.
Taking time out and doing something productive is much different from spending lazy days.
Hence it is advisable that we do something worthwhile at leisure so that we can cherish the time spent in days to come.
This will in turn enable our brain to be active and enable flow in our lives.

When I think about being successful, my single parameter is Simon Sinek’s definition of Success, which is as follows. Hence the FIRST person who comes to my mind is Steve Jobs the co-founder of Apple Computers.
Steve Jobs was a visionary who has taught us to dream big via the possession of iconic Apple products e.g. MacBook, Iphone, Ipod etc.

Seth Godin mentions that modern day is all about storytelling. The evolutionary journey of modern day marketing is a shift from mass marketing to the ability to tell compelling stories.
This insight inspired from the book All marketers are Liars compares modern day marketing v/s historical marketing and hence shows the journey.
Through this insight we come to understand how modern day marketing has evolved over time.
In the industrial age, production dictated marketing whereas in the modern conceptual age storytelling plays a key role.
