    If at all there is a skill I would wish to learn, it would be the skill of mindfulness.

    Being mindful has numerous benefits as proven by research.

    By focusing on the present moment reduces anxiety, controls the flow of cortisol and improves the immune system.

    It has been proven that those who practice this skill on a regular basis remain healthier and happier.
