My choice of top five grocery items revolves around the realization that diet is one of my top doctors.
Hence all of those five grocery items would focus on health keeping a balanced diet in mind.
My top 5 grocery items would be:
- Salmon & eggs
- Brown rice
- Nutritious veggies – broccoli, carrots, celery, garlic, ginger, onions, spinach, sweet potatoes, yuca, zucchini
- Fresh fruits – apples, avocado, blackberries, grapefruit, kiwis, mangoes, oranges, plantains, raspberries, strawberries
- Chia seeds
Be reminded that the great Steve Jobs had mentioned DIET as one of the six doctors in our lives.
