    What public figure do you disagree with the most?

    There are acclaimed public figures who are geniuses with “yes men” around. I hate genius leaders with thousand helpers for the reasons mentioned below.

    Organizations led by a GENIUS leader with THOUSAND FOLLOWERS, decide on the “WHAT” questions without figuring out the SUCCESSION plan i.e. the “WHO” related questions.

    On the other hand, great organizations led by LEVEL 5 leaders, first get the RIGHT PEOPLE on the BUS before deciding on the answers to the STRATEGY related questions. Thus these organizations answer the “WHO” related questions before taking the “WHAT” related decisions.

    Hence strive to a Level 5 leader not a genius leader with thousand helpers.
