    I am a big believer of focusing on the process rather than the end product. This is why I encourage you all to be an honest trier like me.

    It is when we focus on things e can control and indulge in deliberate practice is when ordinary people can make extraordinary things happen.

    If you are looking for long term fulfillment, focus on the process over the results. This would help you stay focused on the present rather than being fearful of the future or regretful of the past.

    In his book The Practicing Mind, the author Thomas Sterner enlightens us on the same to stay mindful of the present moment.

    When we have razor sharp focus on the process, we tend to enjoy the work we are doing.
