    Many of us feel that to be leaders we need to have a rank or position. This blog post will enlighten you on some Inspirational Leadership tenets.

    I have been highly inspired by Simon Sinek’s work on leadership which is not only applicable at work but our personal lives as well.

    According to him when we are able to inspire others to dream and achieve the unthinkable we become leaders, irrespective of our rank or position.

    When we look after others around us, we become responsible workers, parents as well as children.

    To me my Pet is like my own child and hence the ONE THING I would like to make my pet understand is : I HAVE YOUR BACK.

    Leadership is very similar to PARENTING. The ones who need your help i.e. your family your children, your pet need to live their lives without FEAR.

    If I were to invent a holiday, it would be WORLD OPTIMISM DAY.

    The date would be 9th October, the birth date of Simon Sinek, the creator of the Optimism Company.

    I have been a long time admirer of Simon, for his constant endeavor to preach optimism and fulfillment to masses.

    Since optimism is the most positive emotion, it would be an honor to invent this holiday for the world.

    The Infinite Game of Life

    The biggest lesson I have learnt lately which I wish I learnt early on in life is that: Life is an Infinite Game. Inspired by Simon Sinek’s book The Infinite Game, i now realize that there is no winning or losing in life. We just need to keep on playing the infinite game of life with an infinite mindset.

    When we adopt an infinite mindset, we realize that we need to compete with ourselves and make a better version of ourselves by the day.

    This concept is very powerful and indeed very relaxing and is sure to take a lot of stress out from your lives.
