  • Finding your “vision”

    We are used to the term “Have a vision” wherein being fascinated by visionaries like Steve Jobs , Martin Luther King we try to have a similar vision of ourselves.

    Not only is this stressful but at the same time does not make our lives meaningless if we don’t have one.

    To make our lives meaningful we can follow the vision of great leaders and organizations and be part of them to advance their just cause.The end result would be fulfillment.

    Hence “Find a Vision” is indeed a feasible options for those who are obsessed in being part of infinite minded organizations in the age of “Infinite game”.

  • Nothing can be more infinite minded than this Apple ad

    This ad of Steve Jobs dates back to as early as August 1981.This was a time when IBM was about to enter the PC industry being dominated by Apple.

    Instead of trying to downplay a big name like IBM , Apple’s approach was to welcone its Worthy Rival in order to get better by the day.

  • Why is there a need to hire ‘A’ grade employees for emerging start ups?

    The “Art of The Start” by Guy Kawasaki mentions the following famous saying of Steve Jobs , on the need to hire ‘A’ grade employees , for any emerging start up:

    ‘A’ grade employees would hire ‘A’ grade employees , ‘B’ grade employees would hire ‘C’ grade employees , ‘C’ grade employees would hire ‘D’ grade employees and soon the organization will be filled with bozos of no use.
