    If I did not need sleep, I would make use of the extra time to FIND my own WHY.

    As mentioned by Simon Sinek in his two books, Start with Why and Find your Why, a WHY discovery is essential to find a purpose in our lives.

    A clear WHY statement should have the following characteristics:

    1. Should be SIMPLE and CLEAR
    2. ACTIONABLE
    3. Focused on the effect you will have on OTHERS
    4. Expressed in AFFIRMATIVE LANGUAGE

    To choose the best fit organization for ourselves –

    1) Our individual WHY should align with the WHY or purpose of the department to which we belong to

    2)In turn these should roll up to the overall WHY or purpose of existence of the organization

    Simon Sinek introduced the concept of WHY which is the reason why an individual or organizaton exists
