    Everyone in life should have a vision. Begin with an end in mind is what we frequently hear from best selling authors. For me I would love to be remembered as a personality who oozes Optimism.

    Optimism is the single most important feeling that not only gives hope but is known to enhance immunity as well.

    In my daily life as well, what I always seek is Optimism. For this I never look any further than Simon Sinek and his Optimism Company. For me he is the personality who oozes optimism.

    We all live in a world wherein being extroverted and outspoken is encouraged. After reading this insight I would like to encourage you to ignore the extrovert ideal.

    If you are an introvert chances are that you would have heard it from your parents, peers or bosses that the north start of a personality is extroversion.

    Being outspoken, gregarious and extroverted has been preached by many of the leadership gurus.

    Susan Cain through this insight from Quiet has encouraged all introverts not to be bogged down by this belief. Being introverted comes with its own benefits which we should fully leverage.
