    Ever since I read Daniel Pink’s book A Whole New Mind, I have tried approaching my work in such a way that I enjoy every bit of it. Play in work or life adds more meaning to our lives and removes distress and anxiety.

    Play is an essential aspect to turn any boring or mundane work to meaningful work that leads to fulfillment.

    Research shows that people who treat work as play lead more meaningful and fulfilling lives free of strife and tension.

    My choice of top five grocery items revolves around the realization that diet is one of my top doctors.

    Hence all of those five grocery items would focus on health keeping a balanced diet in mind.

    My top 5 grocery items would be:

    1. Salmon & eggs
    2. Brown rice
    3. Nutritious veggies – broccoli, carrots, celery, garlic, ginger, onions, spinach, sweet potatoes, yuca, zucchini
    4. Fresh fruits – apples, avocado, blackberries, grapefruit, kiwis, mangoes, oranges, plantains, raspberries, strawberries
    5. Chia seeds

    Be reminded that the great Steve Jobs had mentioned DIET as one of the six doctors in our lives.

    If I were to name a person who has most positively impacted my life it would be Simon Sinek. I will explain how Simon Sinek has inspired me.

    2. His best selling books namely: Leaders Eat Last, Start with Why, Together is Better, The Infinite Game are motivational to the core.
