What is one thing you would change about yourself?

If there is ONE THING I would like to change about myself it would be adopting an INFINITE MINDSET to play the INFINITE GAME of life.

Simon Sinek has mentioned that life as well as business is an infinite game in his book The Infinite Game.

Adopting an infinite mindset reduces anxiety, keeps us focused and helps us in leading fulfilling lives. The essence of this mindset is to focus on making ourselves a better version by the day without worrying about competition.

There are these FIVE PRINCIPLES needed to adopt an INFINITE MINDSET –

    1. Advance a Just CAUSE which acts as a GUIDING STAR for motivating myself.
    2. Constant endeavor to build trust at home and workplace wherein people feel psychologically safe in my company
    3. Respect , study and be prepared to learn from Worthy Rivals to keep playing the infinite game more effectively
    4. Avoid complacency & Prepare for Existential Flex which is run time disruption at a time things are going well. This helps me course correct as needed.
    5. Demonstrate the Courage to Lead

Are you more of a night or morning person?

In his book When, Daniel Pink has provided the daily mood pattern for both OWLs and LARKs.

Knowing this daily mood pattern would enable us to do our best during the most productive times of the day.

Acknowledging that certain parts of the day we are meant to be unproductive would make us less anxious.

  • Make good DIET your DOCTOR

    Make good DIET your DOCTOR

Meat is a great source of protein and I absolutely love it. But again like other things, it has to be taken in right proportion. A good and balanced diet is nothing less than a good doctor.

I love Steve Job’s farewell speech wherein he mentioned DIET as one of the 6 doctors in our life. If you do not have a balanced diet be prepared to have medicine for diet is what he said.

For those of you who want to be enlightened by what he said, please read the post below:
