Why is mindfulness the greatest gift?
If I could get a present of my wish, I would long for mindfulness as a gift.
Mindfulness is focusing on the present moment forgetting about regrets of the past or worry about the future.
Focusing on the present is an extremely challenging task since our mind has to be tuned for focusing on the present moment.
Focusing on the present moment improves our immunity system and relieves us from stress and anxiety.
