    If I were guaranteed NOT to FAIL, I would create a BLUEPRINT of the MODERN SCHOOLING system.

    Schools have been designed to create compliant factory workers right from the start of industrial age.

    In the blueprint of the new age schooling system I would ensure that I do the following:

    1. Encourage students to ask the RIGHT QUESTIONS
    2. Encourage role plays that prepare students as future LEADERS
    3. Support students in solving CREATIVE and DIFFICULT problems even if they were to FAIL.

    Once these three criteria are met, i am sure our schools will be able to produce students who are well prepared in the modern conceptual age.

    The true definition of an artist has been wonderfully highlighted by Seth Godin in his book The Linchpin.

    “An artist is someone who uses bravery, insight, creativity, and boldness to challenge the status quo. And an artist takes it personally.”

    All my favorite artists are motivational speakers and authors namely Simon Sinek, Seth Godin, Daniel Pink, Carmine Gallo and Cal Newport.

    Music to me is a therapy and is my most favorite hobby or pastime.

    It has been proven by research that music is an anxiety reliever, triggers right brain thinking and enables a person to remain in flow.

    Thus if you are under duress or need focus in life, start loving music to help you relax.

    The topic about which I have changed my mind is about my mindset. I have learnt to adopt an infinite mindset to confidently play the infinite game of life.

    As Simon Sinek mentions in The Infinite Game, the game of life as well as business is infinite. Hence adopting an infinite mindset with an abundance mentality is the only solution to stay ahead in the game of life.

    When I am without a computer, I practice the art of mindfulness. Mindfulness is indeed a habit that helps me focus and improve concentration levels.

    As David Rock mentions in his book Your Brain at Work, Mindfulness is the director of the brain and helps us maintain our focus.

    Research has proven that being mindful has lot of benefits, the primary of which is that it helps to relieve unnecessary stress by being present. Hence you need to inculcate the art of mindfulness.

    I would like to learn right brain skills to make myself indispensable.

    In the age of AI, ML, Robotics learning right brain skills (namely the following 6 skills) is the only way to ensure that our skills remain relevant.

    All left brain skills are easy to replicate and automate thus making such skills easy to replace.

    Left Brain skills which have ruled the industrial age are slowly becoming redundant with sophisticated automation techniques and cheap labor now able to replace all such tasks. Hence in order to remain relevant in this modern conceptual age, it is quintessential to develop and nurture right brain skills.

    My #1 priority tomorrow as always is to lead with an infinite mindset be it in family or at work.

    Be at home or at work I approach leadership like parenting.

    In the infinite game of life as well as business our approach as a leader should not change at all. The way we protect our family the same way we should protect our team.

    All of this is possible by adopting an abundance mentality and an infinite mindset.

    Hard Work helps me remain focused and keeps me in Flow and thus helps me remain fulfilled in the Infinite Game of Life. Hard work is the main weapon to play the infinite game of life.

    The infinite game of life needs to be played with an infinite mindset.

    To play with an infinite mindset wherein competition is irrelevant we need to make ourselves a better version every day.

    The foundation for all of this is hard work which makes us fill fulfilled and thus remain in flow.

    If money did not matter I would have pursued a job (s) that would unleash my inner drive for intrinsic motivation.

    Any work environment wherein intrinsic motivation is nurtured is bound to be healthy and filled with creativity.

    Common workplaces wherein money, rewards are used as baits are extrinsically motivated wherein people are pitted against each other. These workplaces are not only toxic but stressful as well.

    I would love to thrive in an intrinsically motivated environment wherein effort and not results would matter.
