    Community is a group of people who decide to grow together. Trust is the backbone of high performing groups e.g. a community. Hence I would preach trust to build a healthy and high performing community.

    Research proves that any high performing team is characterized by high trustworthiness. This is where all members feel safe to express their vulnerability to each other.

    Both hockey and soccer that I love are both team sports. I will elaborate in this blog post why I love team sport.

    Team sports are characterized by high performing and trusting teams. When you experience the team in action, you realize the value of working and being successful as a group.

    Also I am constantly reminded that SUCCESS is a TEAM SPORT.
