    I am a voracious reader of best sellers on motivational and inspirational books from iconic authors like Daniel Pink, Seth Godin, Simon Sinek to name a few.

    Writing blogs based on learnings and best practices from such books help me remain in flow. Once I am in flow the creative juices start flowing and lead to a fulfilling experience.

    For those of you who do not like writing I encourage you to start writing about topics you love and enlighten others with your thoughts.

    In summary I do enjoy writing a lot and for me when I am writing its leads to an optimal experience. This keeps me energized, fight against anxiety and stay fulfilled.

    I love this quote from Simon Sinek and this is what drives me to plan my goals.

    ” Always plan for the fact that no plan ever goes according to plan.”

    Hence I do not believe in elaborate plans. The best way to plan your goals is to set short term goals and sub-goals which are measurable.

    This would continuously help to track progress, seek feedback and course correct, as needed.

    Elaborate planning I am afraid to say in the modern changing and agile world, falls flat most of the times.
