    Why Purpose over Pleasure?

    The most important piece of advice I would have given to my teenage self is putting purpose over pleasure.

    As mentioned by Angela Duckworth in her book Grit, with grit and determination we come to realize the value of finding a meaning in life as opposed to short term “dopamine” driven results.

    Hence once we realize this truth as a teenager our mindset as our vision towards life would orient her for long term focus.
