The job that I would do for free is to render the service of motivation.
Motivation is the single MOST POSITIVE EMOTION that gives us hope and optimism to lead our lives in a meaningful manner. This motivates us to think that the future would be bright for all of us.
To MOTIVATE the most important criteria is to ACT.
Hence whenever you get a chance, motivate people around you and serve those who serve others.
Though Olympics itself is a lesson in itself I follow soccer and hockey Olympic matches the most, for the love of team sport.
Both hockey and soccer that I love are both team sports.Team sports are characterized by high performing and trusting teams. When you experience the team in action, you realize the value of working and being successful as a group.
The more I watch and admire soccer and hockey the more I admire the following insight from Simon Sinek:
Finally few other inspiring insights from Simon Sinek, on high performing teams and how trust plays a key role in developing world beating soccer and hockey teams.
“A team is NOT a group of people who WORK TOGETHER.
A team is a group of people who TRUST each other”

If I were to name a person who has most positively impacted my life it would be Simon Sinek. I have been highly inspired by his work around the following three aspects.
Leadership and fulfillment -> He is the one who has started a movement to ensure everyone comes home fulfilled by the work they do in office since all of us have a right to be fulfilled.
2. Optimism is the single most important human emotion that no longer enhances our longevity but improves our immune system as well.
3. Infinite mindset -> His work in encouraging each of us develop an infinite mindset to face the challenges of life is indeed very inspiring.
Some more points to inspire you with optimism are as follows:
I would highly encourage you all to learn more about his work to feel inspired and motivated:
The ability to remain optimistic at all times is a very special ability that very few possess. Optimism leads to confidence and hence the most confident person I know who keeps inspiring me through his work is Simon Sinek.
Simon’s work on the merits of optimistic thinking is inspiring to the core. From his work I have come to know that adopting such a positive mindset can even lead to a better immune system and a progressive mindset.
When we think optimistically we focus on the present moment and grow in confidence. The following insights are inspiring to the core:
To know more about the Sweet Spot of Confidence read this insight inspired from Adam Grant.
If I were to write my own autobiography it would surely inspire you to welcome your infinite minded self.
The very fact that life is an infinite game and there are no merits in finite mindedness has been beautifully explained by Simon Sinek in his book The Infinite Game.
An infinite minded individual does not focus on trifles, strives to be a better version everyday without comparing with others.
The moment we develop this mindset we realize the benefits of thinking about long term benefits than short term dopamine driven gains.
The example of the gardener is an apt example of this mindset, which I encourage you all to develop for a fulfilled life.

Fearlessly take the Risk of Optimism and see the benefits it brings in your life. This blog post elaborates on the same.
I have been highly influenced by the work of Simon Sinek around the topic of optimism.
According to him the primary ingredient of progress is the unwavering belief that the future is bright.
This and having faith in God that something good will happen is necessary for a fulfilling life free of anxiety and stress.
Research proves that when we are positive about life, the brain functions in a positive manner at the expectation of a reward. This is similar to a dosage of morphine.
Hence adopting feeling is scary at the start but something we should never shed moving forward in life.

Life becomes a better place to live in when we complain less and contribute more.
We complain in a state when we are not prepared to take ownership for any shortcomings that we see. This leads to a proliferation of such complaints and never any fruitful solution.
As Simon Sinek aptly mentions in this quote instead of cribbing we need to contribute and bring about the change we want to see in the world.
This not only leads to more fulfillment but makes our lives much better.

One thing which I have started doing differently is constantly making an effort to lead life with an infinite mindset.
Adoption of such a mindset makes us forget about competition and helps us focus on making ourselves a better version by the day.
Simon Sinek’s book The Infinite Game, enlightens us on the need to approach the game of life with such a mindset. He argues that winning does not matter in life or business, our goal should be to keep playing the game of life with an abundance mentality.

The primary thing I am working on is to shift to an infinite mindset. This would me be purpose driven rather than pleasure driven.
In his book The Infinite Game, Simon Sinek had introduced this concept wherein he encourages us to think of bettering ourselves by the day instead of comparing with others.
This is the single most important skill needed to keep playing the game of life or business.
The five key principles that define adoption of an infinite mindset have been highlighted below:
Advance a Just CAUSE which acts as a GUIDING STAR for motivating ourselves.
Constant endeavor to build trust at home and workplace wherein people feel psychologically safe in our company
Respect , study and be prepared to learn from Worthy Rivals to keep playing the infinite game more effectively
Avoid complacency & Prepare for Existential Flex which is run time disruption at a time things are going well. This helps us course correct as needed.
Demonstrate the Courage to Lead
