    Frequently we face challenges in life and shirk from reaching out to others for help.

    This can be out of fear , out of shame or ego.

    Whatever the reason the sooner we realize that we alone cannot solve all problems , the better it is.

    When we reach out to others for help we would be in for pleasant surprises knowing about the support people are willing to extend out to us provided we reach out for help.
