    In the modern age of hustle and bustle we all get stressed up. Hence real freedom would mean freedom from the stress and anxiety of our daily lives by doing things that help unleash passion and enable us to remain in flow.

    Research has proven that too much of stress and anxiety is very harmful for us and reduces our immunity. Thus the only solution to all of this lies in doing things we really care about and love.

    If you could permanently ban a word from general usage, which one would it be? Why?

    If there is a word I would like to ban from general usage, it would be STRESS. Let us envisage a stress free world wherein each one of us feel fulfilled at work and enjoy our family lives.

    Research has time and again proven the harmful effects of STRESS. Most of us are in professions wherein our work lives stress us out and make us feel anxious.

    There are occasions though wherein at the end of the day we feel fulfilled but we find it very difficult to articulate the exact reason as to why we feel good at times and not at other times.
