    My #1 priority tomorrow as always is to lead with an infinite mindset be it in family or at work.

    Be at home or at work I approach leadership like parenting.

    In the infinite game of life as well as business our approach as a leader should not change at all. The way we protect our family the same way we should protect our team.

    All of this is possible by adopting an abundance mentality and an infinite mindset.

    Hard Work helps me remain focused and keeps me in Flow and thus helps me remain fulfilled in the Infinite Game of Life. Hard work is the main weapon to play the infinite game of life.

    The infinite game of life needs to be played with an infinite mindset.

    To play with an infinite mindset wherein competition is irrelevant we need to make ourselves a better version every day.

    The foundation for all of this is hard work which makes us fill fulfilled and thus remain in flow.

    Lead Life with an Infinite Mindset

    The best piece of advice I have ever received is from Simon Sinek through his best seller named The Infinite Game. The advice is that THERE is NOTHING LIKE WINNING in LIFE. This is because LIFE IS an INFINITE GAME wherein we are mere players. Our objective should be to be a better version of ourselves every single day by adopting an infinite mindset.

    When we embrace the fact that Life is indeed an Infinite Game and there NO CERTIFICATE given to a WINNER in LIFE, life becomes much easier and competition becomes irrelevant.

    Books are our best Companion during solitude

    Many of us have to travel away from home for work related reasons. The farther we travel alone the lonelier we feel. These are times when I do realize that books are indeed our best friends.

    During any travel wherein I have to stay away from my country, I do ensure to carry with me motivational and inspirational books from my favorite authors like Simon Sinek, Daniel Pink, Seth Godin et al.

    The modern age of hustle and bustle has made travel a mandate in our work lives which is why embracing the habit of reading books is a very good habit.

    Recently I was searching online how to play the infinite game. James Carse’s concepts around infinite game have been extended by Simon Sinek in his work ‘The Infinite Game’ wherein he has highlighted how the infinite game applies to life and business.

    This wonderful book illustrates how an infinite mindset is needed to play the infinite game of life and business.

    So adopt an infinite mindset and keep better yourselves without worrying about competition.
