The responsibility of being a leader

I am huge fan of Simon Sinek and his leadership lessons. Based on his lessons in leadership, yes I do see myself as a RESPONSIBLE LEADER. The below mentioned two great quotes on leadership from Simon Sinek, convinces me that I am a LEADER at home as well as work. It should also inspire all of us to be the leader we wish we had.
