    My three most favorite people

    I am a preacher and seeker of motivation and inspiration. The following are the three of my most favorite people.

    Whenever I need to recharge myself, I seek refuge in their blogs, books or tutorials.

    1. Simon Sinek – Author of best selling books – The Infinite game, Leaders Eat Last, Start with Why
    2. Daniel Pink – Author of best selling books – The Power of Regret, A Whole New Mind, Drive to name a few
    3. Carmine Gallo – Public speaking coach – Author of books like – Talk Like TED, The Storyteller’s Secret, The Bezos Blueprint to name a few.

    Frequently in this fast moving life, when life hits us with a brick in our head, we need to seek refuge in these books to enliven and revitalize ourselves.

    All the 3 favorite meals of my family involve healthy ingredients. Being very conscious of your diet is a lesson in itself. Diet as Steve Jobs mentioned in his final speech, is one of the best doctors.

    The three most loved meals are 1) Grilled Salmon 2) Veggies and Chicken Salad and 3) Fresh Fruits

    Steve Jobs very rightly mentioned the following 6 as our best doctors. He also mentioned that if we do not treat diet as medicine very soon we may have to take medicine for diet.
