    Hard Work helps me remain focused and keeps me in Flow and thus helps me remain fulfilled in the Infinite Game of Life. Hard work is the main weapon to play the infinite game of life.

    The infinite game of life needs to be played with an infinite mindset.

    To play with an infinite mindset wherein competition is irrelevant we need to make ourselves a better version every day.

    The foundation for all of this is hard work which makes us fill fulfilled and thus remain in flow.

    Reading books can help relax and free up anxiety

    Whenever I am stressed and need to relax I fall back upon my most favorite motivational books from authors like Simon Sinek, Dan Pink, Carmine Gallo and the like. Hence I encourage all to make book reading a habit to relax and drive all anxiety and stress.

    When I read good motivational books I am able to make best use of my psychic energy and am in full flow. This in turn gives me energy to ward off negative thoughts and frees me from anxiety.

    Thus I encourage all of you to read motivational books to relax by being in flow.

    FORGIVENESS is an ART

    If you are holding a grudge this post is for you. From my prior experience let me tell you that holding a grudge is like troubling your own self by putting yourself under a lot of stress. Practice the art of forgiveness to ignore such feelings and maintain your focus.

    Research suggests that when we hold a grudge, the chemical cortisol flows through our veins and puts you under duress. To make best use of your psychic energy and be in flow, it is imperative that you practice the art of forgiveness.

    Frederic Luskin defines Forgiveness as –

    “Peace and understanding that comes from lessening the blame of that which has hurt you, taking your life experience less personally, and seeing the cost of holding a grudge.”

    In my opinion an ideal home is one wherein there is a subtle balance of differentiation and integration.

    By differentiation all members are encouraged to try out novel ideas based on their acquired career capital. Whereas integration would mean all members unite and integrate to achieve common and critical goals for the family as a whole e.g. taking care of a minor during ill heath.

    This fine balance of differentiation along with integration would enable the family members to remain in full flow, making it a delightful place.

    Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi enlightens us on this wonderful insight in his best selling book named Flow.
