The letter to my 100 year old self would be filled with gratitude to god. Sincerely thankful for giving me the wisdom to adopt an infinite mindset to help leave behind a legacy.
Most of us live life as if it were a race. Very few realize that life in an infinite game wherein we are our own competitors.
The wisdom to choose an infinite mindset and do best at whatever we are good at will truly enable to leave behind a legacy. This is the ONLY option we all have if we have to live long enough and do insanely creative work.
Let me end with this wonderful quote of Simon Sinek from The Infinite Game:
“No matter how much money we make , no matter how much power we accumulate , no matter how many promotions we are given , none of us will ever be declared the winner in life.”
I do not have a middle name but if at all I could choose a middle name it would be OPTIMISM. The gravitational pull of optimism is sure to enrich our lives and make it more fulfilling.
Optimism is the single most important human emotion and as proven by research results in numerous health benefits.
The question I hate to be asked is how am I faring with respect to Competition. This blog post will show how the adoption of growth mindset will make competition irrelevant.
Adoption of an infinite mindset as mentioned by Simon Sinek in these blogs is another reminder to make competition irrelevant.
If I could be someone else for a day, it would for sure be Simon Sinek. I idolize Simon Sinek and indeed wish that I could be Simon for a day.
Right from Start with Why, Leaders Eat Last till the Infinite Game all his books are like masterclasses and has ignited in me the spirit of self leadership and Optimism.
Being patriotic to my country without expecting anything in return is what I term as Generously Patriotic. Over the years I have made a conscious effort to practice generosity for the reason mentioned below.
Being generous means expecting nothing in return. This has been proven by research to release the “love hormone” Oxytocin and hence increases our immunity.
If ever there is a biography about me it would enlighten the audience on the journey towards eternal Optimism.
As I have matured with age, I have realized that life is really too short to waste in negativity and anxiety. Wearing an attitude of Optimism and realizing the Power of Now are quintessential to leading a healthy and balanced life.
Hence the journey towards eternal optimism would not happen in one day. The Journey should start with the hope that Optimism is the key to a fulfilling and happy life.
Hence I seek and preach optimism at every possible moment.

Both hockey and soccer that I love are both team sports. I will elaborate in this blog post why I love team sport.
Team sports are characterized by high performing and trusting teams. When you experience the team in action, you realize the value of working and being successful as a group.
As Simon Sinek says:
“A team is NOT a group of people who WORK TOGETHER.
A team is a group of people who TRUST each other”
Also I am constantly reminded that SUCCESS is a TEAM SPORT.
