    Best organizations are run by a combination of CEO and COO with complementary skillsets. The time has come to rename CEO to CVO (Chief Vision Officer) who is the gatekeeper of the organization vision.

    While one skill keep an eye on the INFINITE HORIZON, the other skill sets EYES on the BUSINESS PLAN.

    Thus having complementary skills for CEO and either of CFO or COO is needed to lead an organization in the right direction, inspire people and satisfy customers.
