Do you remember life before the internet?

In the age before the internet, there was no social media, chat or other tools that can lead to distraction. Hence in the modern age we have realized how frequent attachment to internet can be a deterrent to deep work.

In the modern age than ever before success depends on a high level of focus and concentration. This is a recipe for doing DEEP WORK. The catch however is that deep work can’t happen in an environment of frequent distraction.
