If you had to give one life-changing tip, what would it be?

    Live in the Present Moment

Knowing that the The PRESENT is your TRANSFORMATION tool is the best life changing advice that I can provide from my experience.

Very often we regret about the past and worry too much about our future due to the inherent nature of our brain to vacillate from the present moment.

This is the biggest cause of anxiety and worry in our lives.

In his book The Power of Now, the author Eckhart Tolle has inspired all of us to live in the present moment and unleash our best selves.

  • Patience Pays in the Long Run

Patience Pays in the Long Run

    Daily writing prompt
Do you think everything happens for a reason?

I do belieive everything happens for a reason. We just need to have faith in God and believe that patience pays in the long run.

Everything that we long for may not come to us instantaneously but if our intentions are sincere then with the right effort and focus, results will come at just the right time.

The best example of this is in selling. Many a times salespeople give up on prospects after the 5th attempt. Whereas in many of the cases it has been observed that the customer would have converted on the 7th attempt.

Hence patience is a virtue that needs to be practiced and will bear fruits in the long run.

What is the best purchase you have ever made?

Have you learnt you lesson on Infinite Mindedness yet?

Purchase your Pass of Infinite Mindedness is a blog post to inspire you to adopt an infinite mindset. The recent purchase of Simon Sinek’s book The Infinite Mindset has hugely helped me in getting enlightened.

In this book the author has encouraged us to adopt an abundance mentality and better ourselves by the day rather than comparing and competing with others around us.

The author argues that winning does not matter in life or business. Our goal should be to keep playing the game of life with an abundance mentality without being carried away by the need to win at all times.

  • Habit of Mindfulness

    Habit of Mindfulness

    Daily writing prompt
What’s one habit that has improved your life the most?

    Why is Mindfulness so Important?

The Habit of Mindfulness is one habit which when practiced regularly over a period of time is sure to improve the quality of your life. I have experienced noticeable improvements since the time I started being mindful.

The most powerful strategy to maintain good health and well being is to realize the power of now. Focus on the NOW for a fulfilling life.

More often than not due to lack of focus our mind vacillates and hence we are either regretful of the past or obsessed with the future. This leads to anxiety, fear and restlessness.

Practicing mindfulness a a habit is necessary to reverse the natural instinct of the brain to deny the present moment. This is wonderfully illustrated by Eckhart Tolle in his book The Power of Now.

    Habit of Mindfulness

Hence this habit will improve your life in the long term and will make you realize long lasting benefits.

Role of experience in Blink Judgements

Very frequently gut decisions are also referred to as blink or snap judgements that come to us instinctively. The role of experience in these blink judgement is undeniable as I have experienced with age.

Malcom Gladwell mentions the same concept in his best selling book titled Blink.

He argues that the power of snap judgements improve with age and experience since we are able to see more patterns.

I have experience the same in my personal and work life as well. Many of my gut decisions with age and experience are correct because of the patterns I am able to identify.

The following insight from Malcom Gladwell in Blink is indeed very insightful.
