The job that I would do for free is to render the service of motivation.
Motivation is the single MOST POSITIVE EMOTION that gives us hope and optimism to lead our lives in a meaningful manner. This motivates us to think that the future would be bright for all of us.
To MOTIVATE the most important criteria is to ACT.
Hence whenever you get a chance, motivate people around you and serve those who serve others.
Though Olympics itself is a lesson in itself I follow soccer and hockey Olympic matches the most, for the love of team sport.
Both hockey and soccer that I love are both team sports.Team sports are characterized by high performing and trusting teams. When you experience the team in action, you realize the value of working and being successful as a group.
The more I watch and admire soccer and hockey the more I admire the following insight from Simon Sinek:
Finally few other inspiring insights from Simon Sinek, on high performing teams and how trust plays a key role in developing world beating soccer and hockey teams.
“A team is NOT a group of people who WORK TOGETHER.
A team is a group of people who TRUST each other”

How can progressive emulation of great art lead to new art?
Progressive emulation for new Art is a wonderful and very illuminating insight shared by the author Austin Kleon in his book Steal like and Artist.
The fact that all artists are inspired by work of other artists and the fact that progressively emulating such work of art will eventually lead to new art resonated with me.
The following insight around the same topic elaborates on this topic and cautions her to emulate and not copy art.

Right from my childhood I have longed to be an artist. In this post I will inspire you to have guts to be an artist.
An artist is one who conquers the fear of lizard brain and challenges the status quo by taking his work very seriously.
I love both great sales people and theater artists since they have a lot in common. These are people who do not fear rejection and exhibit the right amount of tenacity to overcome all obstacles to showcase their work to the world.
This is one great insight from Seth Godin’s book Linchpin.
“An artist is someone who uses bravery, insight, creativity, and boldness to challenge the status quo. And an artist takes it personally.”
And finally I will leave you with this insightful post:
The power of subtle nudges and their significance to choice architects in influencing desired behavior has been wonderfully illustrated by the author Richard Thaler in his book Nudge.
