In this blog post I will take you through two parameters that help in gauging a Taker versus Giver.
Inner Intention and Outside Appearance play a major role in judging the personality type. There is a fine balance in judgement that needs to be in place to gauge the correct type whether Giver or Taker.
As you can see below from the below snapshot inspired from Adam Grant’s book Give and Take, in case a person does not have appealing outward appearance he/she can qualify to be a giver.
Hence we need to exercise caution when making such a judgement.
