Why should you make Fun the reason for Fulfillment?

Very often we mistake FUN for pleasure seeking. In his book Nir Eyal mentions that even for drudgery we can make fun the reason for fulfillment.

Finding fun in any common place work by making the work more challenging than it seems is not easy.

We need to use our imaginary powers to realize that if for daily routine work we can instill fun to make it worth doing.
