Great organizations led by LEVEL 5 leaders, first get the RIGHT PEOPLE on the BUS before deciding on the answers to the STRATEGY related questions. Thus these organizations answer the “WHO” related questions before taking the “WHAT” related decisions.
On the other hand, organizations led by a GENIUS leader with THOUSAND FOLLOWERS, decide on the “WHAT” questions without figuring out the SUCCESSION plan i.e. the “WHO” related questions.
This is precisely the reason an ORGANIZATION led by a GENIUS LEADER with 1000 followers, are doomed in the long run after the demise of the GENIUS LEADER.
