The Reason Grit Effort Counts twice
Whenever we talk about achievement we tend to overemphasize talent and undermine the perseverance needed when the chips are down. In this blog post you will understand how grit effort counts twice in the journey from talent towards achievement.
Scientifically explained:
- Talent * Effort (Grit) = Skill (The Skill you need for any achievement)
- Skill * Effort (Grit) = Achievement
Thus for any achievement talent is a good starting point but unless we put in grit effort TWICE, crossing the threshold for any achievement is not possible.
