Ethical fading is a condition in the culture that allows people to act in unethical ways in order to advance their own interests often at the expense of others while falsely believing that they have not compromised their own moral principles.
Organizations that are run with a finite mindset where people are pitted against each other are prone to suffer from ethical fading.
When an organization is plagued by such ethical lapses , the recovery often is more often than not to find an inspirational infinite minded leader with a vision who puts people over resources to restore the morale back.
Thus in the infinite game of business , the last resort if always an infinite mindset since it is biologically related to the working of the human brain.
